How long should you leave a hair mask on?
The hair mask is essential to take care of our hair in depth. But the question of how long it takes for a hair mask is a recurring one. It is often believed that the longer it is left on, the more effective it will be. But what is the ideal length of time to leave your mask on and how do you adapt it to your hair type?
For the hair mask to be effective, the care agents must be allowed time to penetrate into the heart of the hair fiber and act. It is generally recommended to leave on approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Leaving it longer is of little use because the hair has already absorbed the amount of care sufficient for its hydration and cannot absorb more than its capacity.
However, it should be noted that depending on the nature and condition of your hair, the treatment absorption time may vary. The application time of a mask is therefore longer if the hair is damaged or porous because it needs to assimilate more product. An exposure time of 30 minutes will therefore be ideal for your hair.
On the other hand, the less your hair is damaged and porous, the less the exposure time will be long. If your hair tends to become heavier after putting on a mask, then you should favor a reduced exposure time, 10 minutes are enough.
For a better penetration of the product you can wrap your hair in a hot and humid towel.
It is important to rinse your hair well with lukewarm water after applying a mask to remove all traces of the product. After rinsing your hair for a long time, you can do a final rinse with cold water to add shine to your hair.
How long should I leave an oil bath for?
The oil bath takes longer to penetrate into the hair, which is why its exposure time is longer. The minimum exposure time for an oil bath is 30 to 45 minutes and of 3 hours maximum. You don't have to let it sit any longer. For better penetration of the oils, you can also wrap your hair in a warm, damp towel.
After an oil bath, it is important to wash your hair thoroughly to remove all of the oil residue.

La vrai poudre chebhair .ce n’est pas un produit anodin. Il y a une manière d’utiliser ce produit. Pour la pousse des cheveux c’est sur des années.
